Software support is provided through multiple channels. For every client a single point of contact is assigned as a primary contact person. Other than this support lines, emails are given and 24×7 eDesk support portal access is given to each client and designated users. Through the portal all support requests are tracked with workflow till it gets closed, dashboard and reports are also available.
